Registration to the conference, gala dinner, and excursions

The registration for the 2026 meeting in Rabat, Morocco, is now open! Please visit the website for information regarding registration, or directly access the registration form. The early bird period will conclude on the 29th of March 2026. Online participation is possible. If you wish to attend but not present at the HBES conference, you can do so at a fixed discounted fee (use the CES registration form to do so).

Travel funds and conference fee waivers

CES will give out at least seven travel awards of up to $4000 per person for researchers from low-and-middle income countries to attend the CES 2026 Rabat conference in person. Applications must be submitted via this form by 20 February 2026, 9:00 AM AoE, to be considered.

Early career researchers (Ph.D. students and post-graduate researchers without a permanent position, within 3 years after obtaining of their Ph.D.) can also apply for one of 5 conference fee waivers. Applications should be sent to [email protected], with a copy of their diploma or unofficial transcript, together with justification of need for a waiver. Eligible applicants will be selected on a lottery basis.
